Your journal is private by default
Chaos to Clarity Journal™ entries are private to your account. They are never sent to any AI provider unless you explicitly enable the setting “Allow Equilibre Spirituel to use my journal for personalized guidance”. That setting is off by default and can be turned off at any time. Administrators and moderators cannot casually browse private journals.
What we store
Account identity, profile details you provide, preferences and consents, learning progress, assessment responses, practice history, community activity, assistant conversations, and billing metadata required to operate your membership.
AI processing
Equilibre Spirituel runs entirely on server-side calls to OpenAI. Your API-bound content is limited to what you send in a conversation plus the permissions you have granted. Keys are never exposed to the browser.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Equilibre does not store full card details.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@equilibrellc.com.
